United Arab Emirates was in Pool B of the 2015 World Cup. Their campaign at the 2015 World Cup ended with six loses. The team was led by Mohammad Tauqir. Reflecting on their campaign at the end of the tournament, Tauquir said that UAE has enjoyed the tournament. He singled out Shaiman Anwar's batting as the highlight for the team.

Shaiman Anwar top scored for UAE in the tournament scoring 311 runs at an average of 51.83. He was at one stage the highest run scorer in the tournament.
