Travis Head is an emerging batsman from Australia. He is the captain of South Australia team. As of 2015, he has 27 first-class matches and is yet to score his maiden century.

Travis Head made his debut for South Australia at the age of 18. He led the team to 2012-13 Under-19 National Championships title and was named Player of the Championship.

On 2 February 2015, Travis Head was appointed the captain of South Australia replacing Johan Botha. He became the youngest captain of South Australia.
