The International Cricket Council (ICC) is the international governing body of cricket. The ICC has 106 members: 10 Full Members that play-official Test matches, 37 Associate Members, and 59 Affiliate Members.

Anti-Corruption and Security Unit
ICC has set up Anti-Corruption and Security Unit (ACSU) in 2000 to deal with drugs and bribery scandals involving top cricketers.
ICC CEO David Richardson said that the modern bats have shifted the balance of the game in favour of batsman, especially in ODI cricket. ICC has begun remedial steps, the first of which is to pull the boundary ropes as far back as 90 yards. Feb 3, 2015
