England and Wales Cricket Board
England and Wales Cricket Board (ECB) is the governing body for all cricket in England and Wales. Gilles Clarke is the current Chairman of ECB. Colin Graves will succeed him as ECB Chairman in May 2015.

Sky is one of the significant commercial partner of the ECB. As of 2015, Sky pays over £65m a year to the ECB for exclusive live TV rights of the English international and domestic season. The deal ends at the conclusion of the 2019 season.

After a dismal Ashesh Tour in 2006-07, ECB has appointed a committee which delivered the Schofield Report. Based on the recommendations of the report, Hugh Morris was named as the first Managing Director of ECB in 2007.
