Sachin Tendulkar announces retirement from ODI cricket

Master blaster Sachin Tendulkar has announced his retirement from One day International cricket. He made the announcement in a statement today. Tendulkar has finished his ODI career having played 463 ODIs and scored 18,426 runs. He has made 49 centuries in the 50-over format. Sachin holds a number of records in ODI cricket including for the most number of runs scored and the highest number of runs.
